Nordstrom is the go-to place for many because they offer a wide variety of items to choose from. Some of these items are amazing, and others are pretty good, but many are just great. There are a couple of things that are pretty incredible about the brand, and one of them is Nordstrom’s customer service. If you have ever had to use their customer service, you know that it is not only exceptional, but it is amazing.
Nordstrom is a massive retail giant. They have a store in every major city in the U.S., and it's a great place to shop if you're a die-hard customer. Nordstroms customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced. Not only did the customer service agent I spoke with go out of her way to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase, but they were so helpful with other areas of the store.
Nordstrom is the home of a large portion of the consumer shopping habits in this country, so if you are a die-hard fan, Nordstrom is where you need to be.

Nordstroms customer service is excellent. It’s not often I see a Nordstrom employee walk the halls, but when I do, I like to talk to them. The first time I went to Nordstrom, I had a few problems with the store. Although I was a die-hard fan, I didn’t really know what to expect when I walked into the store, and I wasn’t prepared to just walk in without a purchase.
I was right the first time.
Once you get past the walk-through, I had a good time. The women behind the counter had a lot of knowledge about what they sold, and I could tell they were just as excited to give me my products as I was to buy them. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Nordstrom is a very family-friendly place.
Nordstrom is, in many ways, the antithesis of Target. For some reason, Target has an image of being a place that you can buy anything with a credit card. That is not the case at Nordstrom. You can go to the store and find things like socks and underwear but you cannot buy them. They use an interstitial sales area for all of their products, and it is the only place to buy them.
I am not entirely sure what it is about Nordstroms that makes it different but I have heard that they sell more clothing and accessories per square foot than any other department store. That's not just because it is more expensive, but because of the sheer number of products. That's all I'm going to say about that being different.
