Why the Remote Business Is Flirting With Disaster

remote

For the last few years, I've been doing remote work in various fields. I find that it's a very comfortable way to work, and I can feel my body language and confidence improve every time I do it. In fact, the people I've worked for are so convinced that I'm going to be a "remote leader" that they're starting to work me harder.

So why do they think they can make remote work so comfortable? While we're on the topic: I have a theory that the "remote leader" model is not really all that remote. While we're on that topic, I have some good news: It's not all that remote. I'm not even remotely remote.

In fact, I'm not remotely any more remote than you are.

I'm actually doing the remote work and you're sitting in front of a computer. Of course, you're not remotely any more remote than I am. This is the point that really gets to me. When you're working remotely, you're not just sitting in front of a computer. You're basically taking a lot of the work that you normally do at the office.

While I don't fully agree with the idea of remote work, I do think it's a good idea. Whether it's for personal or business reasons, I think it's a good idea. I will say, however, that I personally don't see a huge amount of value in remote work. It's not like I'm sitting in front of a computer at my home where I can do my job and feel good about it.

There are many reasons I'm not on the same page as the rest of the world.

First, I'm pretty sure I can handle my work at home with a very good amount of autonomy. Second, I'm a pretty small business person. I'm a solo developer who makes my own games and I'm not dependent on anyone else to make games for me.

That said, I'm not totally convinced that remote work is a good idea. It seems like it's still something mostly for the folks who have very specialized skills and don't have a lot of downtimes. I've also been told that I'm over-reliant on my phone for personal tasks, which might be true. My phone is still a necessity, but I don't know if it's the only thing I have in my life right now.

When companies are in the business of making money, they usually have a lot of employees to pay.

And if you have a lot of employees, a lot of responsibilities, and a lot of people who are still using their smartphones, you might not be out of the woods yet. The fact is, the majority of people work from home, and if you don't have a lot of employees and a lot of responsibilities, you might not be able to work remotely any longer.

The solution is to change the way people work. Some people like to work from their phones, but when they don't get work done, it is because of some kind of technical problem. A remote worker can work in different places and at different times, and it's just a matter of adapting to your situation.
